After much thought we have decided to go with Metricon for our build.
I’ve signed the contract but haven’t yet been to Studio M.
We are on an acre of land (4000 sq m) so there’s plenty of room for this house.
The main changes I’ve made are:
Added third garage
Added mudroom
Changed layout of butlers and kitchen
Added nicer windows to sides of house
Added three French doors downstairs
Removed bath in master en-suite and added linen cupboard abc double shower
Added a wall to upstairs lounge area
Here are my plans and facade.
Tuning in for updates. Looking forward to seeing it all come together.
What a massive land! I really like the idea of mud room and big pantry. Hope the project is not affected by the pandemic.
