Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Mar 04, 2020 2:33 pm We are currently looking at building and we have a couple of plans we like from two different builders. Both depend on length of frontage. We’re interested in The Olinda 24 from Dennis Family, but haven’t seen many builds on here using this plan. Has anyone built this or the 26 & be interested in sharing their experience? I’m also after recent reviews on this builder, as I would guess we’d be signing a contract as soon as land becomes available in the development close by. I’ve heard the color selections from the show room you need to pay extra to chose your own, otherwise you chose from palette boards? Does this still happen? Being in the design field this doesn’t feel good to me as I’d hate for the old ‘cut and paste’ and have similar looking houses to everyone else. Any photos, recommendations and links are welcome! My first post so I’m happy to be here!
