Browse Forums Building A New House Re: How to arrange landscape, pool, driveway and flooring qu 5Jul 20, 2020 4:16 am IamSAM The quotes are indicative and advise bank that you may change the tradie (flooring, pool) later on. That should not be a problem. Realise this is a few months old but that's not how it works. It really depends on the loan, what's being done to the property, how much borrowing equity is in the property & more. If equity isn't an issue then sure, but otherwise banks require a fixed price contract for major home constructions in most cases especially where lending ratio is high. Thanks very much! And would the landscaper/contractor generally involve the engineer or is that something the client would do?
