During our build there was an issue with this wall and water.
Three years down the track and after the recent rain event in Sydney, this happened within days. My fear is that this is something to do with water getting in.
Is it possible for gyprock to bow because of water damage, causing the skirting to separate?

Run No More Gaps around it? We're planning to do that with ours where there's a gap (though maybe a bit smaller) between the skirting and our vinyl floorboards.
