Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 10, 2021 10:21 am Hi Everyone, We are starting the design phase for a thermally efficient home in Sydney. As part of doing this we are going to make the home air tight, install an air filtration system and therefore we need a blower door test. I have googled companies that do the tests and they all seem to be in Victoria and one in the ACT. Does anyone know of any companies in Sydney? Part of the reason for going down the air tight route ( other than thermal benefits and me believing that I can actually do it for a very reasonable cost, as a lot of the principles are the same as flame zone homes) is that the site backs onto a train line and we also need to keep a lot of that noise out. So no haters Any help would be greatly appreciated Cheers Simeon Architectural Homes & Duplexes - specialising in custom designing homes to your budget Get a Free Onsite Consultation Today or send a PM for information, questions or advice.
