My partner and I personally have dealt with Dom/Bing. Nothing but professional throughout our entire build. We built a custom spec home (near completion towards May 2020) and they both were fantastic throughout the entire process. Dom allowed us to make adjustments and customisations which is something not many builders allow. We scheduled with Dom a walkthrough of the Thornhill display to go through what we like/ didn't like and went with the deluxe range.

Incase you didn't get my PM. My queries are :

Where are you building? suburb?
Which floor plan did you choose?
Cost to build only? What is the site cost?
if completion in May 2020, when did you sign the contract? I just want to work out the build time.
What is the foundation slab made of? waffle pod ?
What is the size of your land?
