My wife and I are planning on building a Clarendon 36. We have done our tender meeting but haven't signed the contract yet. We and are hoping to upgrade to a wood floor to downstairs only. Has anyone else done this? What was the upgrade cost offered?
I have been reading in the forum some people have put the flooring in post handover. Was that difficult? Did it lead to problems with finishes like skirting boards or around the kitchen?
Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated!
