We and are hoping to upgrade to a wood floor to downstairs only. Has anyone else done this? What was the upgrade cost offered? I have been reading in the forum some people have put the flooring in post handover. Was that difficult? Did it lead to problems with finishes like skirting boards or around the kitchen?
