I am new to this forum. I would like to seek advise on the engineer report that we received. We are expecting costing soon. Looks like it will be more than that we expecting. Please find soil report and footing plan. Please advise if the footing plan is inline with the soil classification and estimated cost for prescribed footing.
Any help is much appreciated.
