This is our first home. We are going for a home and land package with Domaine Homes. So far we had mixed experience (the sales team was really pushy at some point). But it's really early stage we just signed the estimate quote and sales paper. Just wondering is it necessary to get a solicitor or conveyancing service since its a building contract. And missing any points in contract may cause us more money at the end. Also has anyone had experience with Think Conveyancing? Google review seems pretty good but other forum says much negative, which is making us think twice. Appreciate any suggestion or advise.
