Hi All,
I have finalized two builders based on their flexibility in making design changes as required by me and some online reviews.
Now I need to decide between these two builders to sign the contract, surprisingly there is no major difference between both designs look almost similar and total cost estimate provided is exactly same by both builders.
Please share your inputs which may help in deciding between these two.

the stair balustrades? There is nothing special about these and I imagine literally every stair installer will be able to do this.
