Coral Homes - Expected upgrade costs for colours variations

Long time Lurker and First Time Poster and First Time Builder here!:-P:wink::-D
Anyway, we've narrowed our choice down to Coral with the Grange 26 with mods and building in the Newcastle/Lower Hunter area. I'm doing my due diligence on trying to form some sort of budget prior to paying deposit and had a few questions for those who have already been through their colours appointment.

1. With the Standard range of Ceasarstone benchtops in the kitchen and bathroom, are we allowed two different colours (out of the choice of 6) or is that considered an optional upgrade? What I am thinking here is one colour benchtop in the kitchen and another colour in the bathroom/ensuite.
2. Does anyone have a copy of the standard Beaumont Tiles range? I've got a copy of the National range.
3. Is there the option to have two different colours of cabinets in the kitchen out of the standard range and again would a charge be applicable for this? I am thinking of having black cabinetry on the bottom or at least on the island bench and white on the overheads.
4. In the bathroom range, if selecting from standard tiles again is there a surcharge for choosing different colour options ie one colour for floor and another for the wall?

The showroom is a decent drive from where we are now so we haven't had a chance to go there on a Saturday yet, but I can see I'm going to have to rein myself in so if I had an idea of what to expect in advance I feel that would help manage expectations.

Thought I'd jump in here.. I hope it's not too late for you. I'm building with Coral Homes in the Hunter Valley and I did my colour appointment just recently. I had similar worries with what you're asking here so I'll contribute as best I can:

1. I was offered the option to have different coloured benchtops in kitchen/bathrooms, however I believe they were asking for extra since "they" (caesarstone?) prefer to cut home benchtops from "the one slab" - this reasoning is a bit vague in my memory but in the end, I elected to keep one colour across the kitchen/bathrooms. In case you're interested, it was "Urban" as I liked the neutrality it offered while feeling modern

2. I tried to contact Beaumont in advance regarding standard tile ranges, but they were quite adamant that if I wanted to view the standard range, I had to go in to the showroom and so I have no copies of selections. For what it's worth, when I did visit the showroom the tiles were marked with coloured stickers to indicate their ranges, and the 'silver' sticker range were what Coral Homes clients could access as standard. I chose standard tiles for my main/wet area floors and wet area walls, but upgraded my kitchen splashback and shower recess feature tiles, totalling about $600 extra. My selections:

3. Yes, you can have two different cabinet colours in the kitchen e.g. top vs bottom and there is a two-colour fee applied when you do so. In my case, I went for an upgraded woodgrain laminate (Oxidised Beamwood) on the overhead cabinets and standard chalk white on the bottoms (oven + island cabinets). For this I was only charged a two-colour fee rather than the fee plus a laminate upgrade cost. I'm not sure this applies to all kitchens; I think it just happens that my kitchen is quite small, so that plus the laminate upgrade I chose wasn't very expensive for Coral to do. The fee was ~$250 extra

4. As standard you can elect to have different floor tiles and wall tiles in your bathrooms. No extra charge as long as they are in the standard range. See above for my own selections in that regard
