We have recently got handover from the builder and our house was CDC approved. The builder had proposed driveway drawn on the plans and with our land sloping away from the street also had a channel drain connecting to stormwater.
We feel that the driveway in the plans is pretty narrow and would like to make changes to it. Do we need to get the revised plans of the driveway approved by the certifier again? Does the driveway fall into exempt development as far as it meets all the guidelines?

We also need to put an application to the council for the construction of the vehicular crossing soon.
