Considering Boutique Homes in Geelong, feedback please

I am looking to build a home, I am a 65 year old widow and this will be my first home building experience. I am looking at land around Geelong and considering Boutique Home, their Oslo 29 as my builder. Interested in your experience if you have built with them. Thank you

They are on my shortlist of builders but their reluctance to allow any changes to wet areas is likely to be a deal breaker for me.
