The day has arrived and we officially have slab down! The real countdown time begins!!
I’m looking at it going how do all these rooms fit in here hahaha but I think that’s normal to think that until all the walls and plaster are up I hear.

We still need the sand etc delivered but our site toilet and shed are there already too. Ours are starting the week of the 3rd Feb. Brick meeting on the 6th. We were advised by our CLO that brickwork is to commence this week and our brick meeting is booked for the 05/02.  Excited to see some bricks up! We were advised by our CLO that brickwork is to commence this week and our brick meeting is booked for the 05/02. Excited to see some bricks up! We just ran through our addenda to confirm all our choices and go through our plan again, took us through the house and answered any questioned we had. He said we should be finished our brick work within 1-2 weeks as all the external bricks are completed bedsides the garage/elevation bricks and there working through the interior bricks at the moment. (few queries on some of the brickwork from looking today which I will send to our CLO for further clarification) I also asked him a rough time we should be in and he said our package is a complete package it should be 20 weeks from start to finish! Which sounds so fast! 😁 Do you have your brick meeting tomorrow? How is your progress?
