The size is deceptive [in-reality its bigger than you realise] and you feel like how are they going to fit all the rooms etc, but as you say once walls/plaster done it will look totally different Re: First Build Aveley WA - HGWA 23Jan 15, 2020 8:21 pm TeslaCyberTruck You must be extremely excited. We were advised by our CLO that brickwork is to commence this week and our brick meeting is booked for the 05/02. Excited to see some bricks up! We also received a variation order in regards to our study window needing to be moved 10cm closer to the laundry to due construction requirements. We had our slab down just before the Christmas close down and our bricks won’t start until next week Re: First Build Aveley WA - HGWA 32Feb 05, 2020 7:29 pm Good! We just ran through our addenda to confirm all our choices and go through our plan again, took us through the house and answered any questioned we had. He said we should be finished our brick work within 1-2 weeks as all the external bricks are completed bedsides the garage/elevation bricks and there working through the interior bricks at the moment. (few queries on some of the brickwork from looking today which I will send to our CLO for further clarification) I also asked him a rough time we should be in and he said our package is a complete package it should be 20 weeks from start to finish! Which sounds so fast! 😁 Do you have your brick meeting tomorrow? How is your progress? Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Re: First Build Aveley WA - HGWA 33Feb 05, 2020 7:36 pm georgian Good!
