Our block settled, spoil test has been done and we received our quote for our additional upgrades and site costs ( there was not much we had to add on as the Premium Inclusions list was already pretty amazing:) ).. Colour selection was a lot of fun and although it is hard to picture how its going to look, I cant wait for it to all come together and hopefully it will be as amazing as it is in my head haha.. Exterior: Colourbond Monument Roof Austral Pepperwood Bricks Shale grey window frames and Garage door Windspray Render Pillars at the front door with timber cladding Interier: Ghosting Half for all walls Classic white ceiling and skirting Charcoal colour carpet to bedrooms Vinyl Flooring in the colour Lunar Kitchen: Classic white gloss cupboards Tornado colour stone bench tops. frosted mirror splash back Serum grey gloss overhead kitchen cupboards.
