Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Dec 11, 2019 2:57 pm Hi everyone, newbie here! We're at least 3 years off doing anything but I'm looking for advice re reno or kdrb. If we reno and go up, our 80s/AV Jennings/long corridor/not open home would essentially need to be gutted because we would want just kitchen etc downstairs. If we kdrb, we MAY have some issues with our setback which is currently 7-8 metres (I don't see it being a problem with the neighbours but our front retaining wall is approx 2m so we might be able to move forward 2 metres?).
