Hi all
I'm in the contracting stage and am seeking advice and help with expectation setting around when I could move to construction (putting aside what they tell me).
I am preparing for demolition of an existing home and clearing the land in January.
Planation has done a soil/contour test a couple weeks ago and have issued a quote, I'm waiting for a copy of plans and updated quote.
Any one have any feedback or guidance?
