Brick Render vs Foam Render

Hi everyone

We have received a quote from a builder for a 4 bedroom home. 1 option is for a brick render, the 2nd option is for a foam render. The foam render is coming in at about $13k less.

I like the idea of the foam render as we could probably put the money saved into other upgrades. But also worried that a brick render house might be more 'durable' and be better for resale

Any thoughts is appreciated

Thanks
Hi had a foam render home, durability I found very good with no cracking for 15; years I had it, does effect value maybe 10_15 percent, this time I went brick render for resale ,also found you need excellent insulation if using the foam render.
