Seems cheap to us - was expecting around 250-300 mark to be honest with basic fittings. I wouldn't be complaining though! Re: Cost for 4 bedroom, Single Storey Home 4Nov 27, 2019 1:56 pm I'd hate to see what you get for <$1000 sqm. It seems you already have plans? That will save a little but of money, but you'll end up paying roughly $1500sqm give or take depending on builder and quality of finish. Could be as low as like $1200 and as high as you could possibly imagine. I just based the 4x2 price based on a house size around the ~175sqm as that was what my sales consultant showed me someone had paid in the same estate. For a house of your size going with the basic inclusions I’d say your about right on the money at around ~280-320k Re: Cost for 4 bedroom, Single Storey Home 6Nov 27, 2019 4:23 pm I'd say around $240k-$300k depending on what you want yeah. Ours is 226m2 and is costing around $240k but we negotiated for that price. Not sure how much different VIC is to QLD though.
