Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Nov 26, 2019 3:28 pm Hi everyone, I really need some help with this problem. We built a house with Carlisle in Truganina VIC. After the handover, we booked appointment with opticomm to connect internet, it didn't go well as they said the lead-in conduit pipe was damaged and asked me to contact Carlisle. Carlisle sent a contractor to investigate and they suspect the gas installation damaged in the lead-in conduit and the location(blue cross) is under concrete. see below Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ Then Carlisle told me that "Carlisle homes do not run the gas line, and that it is the responsibility of your gas provider to run this. As they are required to run the gas line to the home, we suggest further discussing this matter with them." I believe Carlisle should be responsible to fix this issue. As the damaged happened during the construction. Any suggestions? Thanks.
