Browse Forums Building A New House 1 May 20, 2020 12:34 pm Hi everyone As it stands in our current plans, we don't have access to our rear yard via the garage. We can enter the home via the garage and walk through the laundry for access to the side of the home, or enter the rear yard from the front yard via the other side of the house. How important do you think is rear access direct from garage? Just trying to fit everything in on a small block! Thanks in advance. My take on this is, that they would be breaking the law denying access to a homeowner in Victoria, or their agent from having… 1 10205 |
