Doesn’t give you much hope of them getting the build correct. This isn't unusual and is industry wide. A lot of new home buyers don't have their contract checked . The contract and build quality are separate. The build quality will depend heavily on the professionalism of the SS but many working for other project builders have up to 20 and sometimes more constructions under their control at the one time. This doesn't apply to all builders and I don't know if Coral follows this approach but it is a question worth asking. Just remember that several trades build a house and it is impossible for the ss to be expert at them all, the reason many new home buyers contract an experienced building consultant to do vital stage inspections.
