We will definitely look at doing a tour of 501 (despite living in Geelong ATM - 2 hrs away). I just wanted to prepare ourselves with as much knowledge as possible - so we don't get any major shocks at selection time.

We are just about to start construction with Metricon in Geelong and I totally agree with you that the supervisor is the key to what sort of a building experience you have. I noticed you made mention of Geelong in one of your posts and was wondering, if you built in Geelong, which supervisor you had?
