The home 30 sq that I like is just fitting in the lot of land I have. The builder says they will need to trim the eaves of the home from the back (highlighted) if I need this home on my land. I can otherwise choose a smaller 28sq home which will fit including standard eaves. Is there a issue with the home with smaller eves at the back. Will it cause a big difference ?
