Hi friends, long time reader first time poster.
I have the following corner block in a little court in Melbourne that I'm trying fit a double storey house on (Vantage 48 by Metricon), however I can't figure out the setback requirements for it.
Metricon doesn't seem to have a clear answer yet.
I inspected similar lots and some of them have their garage setback aligned with next door neighbour while others don't follow this.
I thought I'll post about this here in case someone have dealt with similar situation in the past. You advice is much appreciated.
I'll share my findings once I hear back from Metricon. They seem to take long time to assess this though.
