You have essentially what is known as a battle-axe lot. You are relying on the driveway past your two neighbouring houses to get to your house (that's the handle of the battle-axe). Some guidelines would say that you actually have 3 side boundaries and 1 rear boundary (which kinds sounds confusing in itself), but that basically means that you do not need to be level with the neighbour's house.
