I'm not sure if this is the same for everyone. However, if it was going to be an issue I beleive your solicitor would have raised it with you.

My solicitor did raise this and it an element of risk which is unknown. Thats why I thought of discussing this in this forum if any of your solicitor picked it.

I already have that done. Got my address and all. Settlement is before the Xmas day.
