Driveway face brick pillar not cemented properly

Hello,

Please advise on if this cement work left under the joining of the face brick pillar and the driveway is proper. IMO, this looks bit ugly since it is the entrance, and I mentioned this to SS. SS disagrees stating that it going to get covered with turf and they cant fix it.

Yes appears normal to me. When the landscaping is complete you will not even notice it.
