Hello, Our builders have taken all of the excess sand from our block and spread it on the empty adjoining block. It must have been quite a lot as the block next door has now become elevated. My husband doesn't want to upset our SS by mentioning it (maybe it is "normal" we don't know). However, I want to request it is removed before we put the fence up. What would you do?

We own a block where at least two of our neighbors builders did this to us - of course we have no clue who it was as we were overseas for several years - it has cost us a lot of money to remove the sand and other building rubble. To say we aren’t happy is an understatement.
