I've been reading through a few posts on this site and other sites but can't seem to find the information I'm looking for - what exactly do I need to prepare ahead of my tender meeting? Is it just along the lines of the structure (whether any rooms are to be added) or is it more specific details as well?
I have asked to postpone the meeting fearing additional costs for a second tender meeting. Would rather step into the first one prepared!
If it helps, I have a 9 month tender extension but don't know what that means!!
Any information would be greatly appreciated!
