Hi all, we are doing a KDRB and about to receive tenders from both Clarendon and Bellriver. There seem to be pros and cons with each, most associated with going with a larger or smaller builder. The ability to visit Clarendon's colour studio, for example, is a huge advantage. But if Bellriver "wants it more" they might make up for it with flexibility and attention. But then again Clarendon has more "social proof" just by virtue of being one of the big guys.
I gather Bellriver had some issues a few years back which they have made a big efffort to straighten out - some of the "wrong people" in various roles.
Has anyone built with them this year or is going through the process now? How are you finding them to work with?
Would be great to find some people who know what it will be like if we do proceed down the Bellriver route at tender!
