Hi All,
I have decided to get the driveway and landscaping done after the build. My builder is asking for driveway approval before CDC approval, which I found to be unusual.
I connected with few concreters and they were hesitant in providing quote and apply for approval as the house construction has not been started yet.
Please advise.
