M soil type

Hi All,

I am new here and would like to ask if how much would be the price of site cost for an M soil type.

I would assume that slab will follow the soil test result meaning it doesn’t need a slab that would suit H classification.

Appreciate any response.

Thanks!

M is moderate, so minimal impact on footings cost. Overall site costs vary depending on fall, drainage and design.
