Hi All,

Does anyone know anything about tribeca home? We are just about to sign an off the plan House and Land Package with Tribeca Homes but could not find any reviews online.We are planning on building here in Sydney South West. How was your experience with them? Thanks

I’ve already signed up, so want to know if any tips on how to deal with them around the changes/variations. Also any other over all tips? Thanks in advance.

Hi, yes we did signed up with Tribeca Homes. I can’t really give you much feedback at this stage coz we are still waiting for the land registration, which is predicted to happen this upcoming September.But so far it has been a smooth process. U can give them a call but for me I email our building coordinator about variations. If u don’t mind,are u based NSW as well?

I understand that your construction hasn't started yet but how is your experience with Tribeca so far?

Hi , they have been attentive to us.The only thing that im not too happy with is the fact that you have to do it online or via phone if you are choosing materials,colour schemes,etc., and making variations.Unless you are in QLD and be able to go straight to their main office. But they have display home in NSW where u can check it too.Hope this helps.
