Re: What’s your approximate build cost? 9Sep 30, 2019 3:24 pm building in SA similar to yours Double story Approx 370 Sqm 4 bed + study Open plan kitchen / dining / living No Butlers, walk in pantry Alfresco 3m ceilings downstairs, 2.7 up Mid range inclusions including Air con Stone in kitchen / bathrooms Tiles to ceiling in wet areas in en-suite only bi-fold doors to alfresco quote cost was around 520k (with 60k allowance for site works).
