My build started on 9th March and we are done with the slab and the frames!!! I am hoping/praying that the Covid has no impact on the build.. really don’t want to pay both mortgage and rent in these troubled times.. A lot of banks now have the option to defer your mortgage payments for either 3 or 6 months so if it comes to it, definitely check it out. Talk to your PM about your rent as well, if need be. I really hope nothing drastic happens, too many unknowns right now! All well and good as we no longer liked our original choice against the new one as it put off a 'yellow' tone and we wanted white so super happy in that regard. And yes any builder… 2 7222 May I ask why you chose not to use GJ Gardiner? I'm actually meeting with one of the sales guys tomorrow for an appointment. Definitely not signing anything yet… 3 9591 First time poster long story short we are planning knocking down rebuilding a house in Wavell Heights We are thinking to go with Omni built homes as they are but flexible… 0 1683 |
