we are thinking of building with Boutique and was wondering if anyone has pricing on some upgrades for the barcelona.
Square set to living area?, extra laundry cupboards? wardrobe fitout?
and if anyone knows how many downlights are included in their offer of downlights in living areas? thanks in advance.

Upgrades with boutique can get expensive. We are having a broom cupboard which costs about $1k and i think it costs about $2k to have extra cupboards. We wanted to have high ceiling or square set in living area but both costed above $4k so we opted out.
You get 20 downlights for your living areas.

Did you ask Boutique what their upgrades costs are for these items? I'd be interested to know how transparent they are about these things. Carlisle for example have an itemised list for the upgrade costs for their display homes, which is really helpful in understanding at least approximate costs for your own upgrades.
