Rain after concrete Slab

Hi

I had my concrete slab poured on Monday. It started raining around 12 hours after a gloomy day. It has been raining continuously 2 days straight. The rain is not falling hard and heavy all the time but more like continuous drizzle with in between heavier rain. According to weather forecast it would be another 5-6 days before the rain stops.

I have been told that it is good thing. This is the first house build for us and I am concerned. Should I be?
It should be fine, but watch where it pools and also once it dries check the surface is smooth.

A slower drying slab is better than one that dries too fast and cracks.

I watered my slab through out Feb

The concreter will take and reuse. In my case I bought structural LVLs and scraped them back and used them as joists.
