My lot size - 10 x 31.5 I am stage of talking to different builders to find the right design at my budget. Few questions which all the builders are giving me different answers. 1. As per contour and as per land developer - my block is not a zero lot. but some builder claims that they can make it zero lot as it is a 10m lot. Dont't know how, I could not get a satisfied answer from any builder. 2.
