We were told by builder that there should be minimum of 4.5m front setback but as I was doing my research. I found out that if your house isn't facing another dwelling (ours was facing a road), 3.5m is allowable. Is it too late? Or is it even worth it to change it (our lot isn't the biggest so by getting 3.5m in the front would give us a bit more backyard.
