Browse Forums Building A New House Re: Coral Homes No Caesarstone 4Oct 21, 2019 7:08 pm Brayton Has anyone built with coral homes and chosen not to have caesarstone benches and vanities? We are trying to cut as much costs as possible so we can get the biggest house for our budget. We were hopinv we could add it later and just have laminate for now but not sure if it is something coral do. If you have done it how much has it saved? Hi Brayton, Is there anything else you can cut out? Downgrade appliances? Maybe delete the rendering off the facade. Not having the stone in the wet areas isn't the end of the world but like everything laminate tops don't like water or heat from hair straighteners. they can be done later on it just cost more than plugging a new oven in. there's the plumber, stone people, silicone people then the plumber again. All we would suggest is doing your homework. Regards, Dan. www.bespokebuildingconsultants.com.au @bespokebuildingconsultants Ask the council if there is a chance of getting build over easement exemption. Sometimes easements are unused and 24cm is not all that much. Good luck. And yes any builder… 2 13745 In Qld it is a requirement that a builder must have a cost breakdown, for building a home to the same specification, with the same inclusions and the same finish. So ask… 1 1767 Ask for references and speak to them. If they are defensive or try to avoid the request, walk. 1 74688 |
