1st home, building with Emjay 2019

Hi everyone,

1st time builder, 1st time owning a home. It took 10 long weeks to get approval after the royal commission but we are there 🎉 we are building in Brisbane north

I need to know where do I find the independent inspector? Is it worth it.

I am wanting to maximise the builder in the inside of the house, in terms of cupboards.
Note, we have to put up.

Anyone have any tips before we head into a meeting with them.
