I out block is 20m wide and we’d like to come as far forward as possible so that we can have a decent back yard. I love storybook homes and we’d be looking at custom design with them. Do wide block 2 storey home designs exist? Or will we have to go custom? You can check my build out. It's 14.5 which would give you a good amount of side access of 3.5m ish on one side. Mine is a Clarendon standard floor plan and we designed the facade ourselves. It was about 18k total, including all the windows and the garage door etc. We had a budget of keeping the build under 360k, but if you've got a bigger budget you could add a lot more embellishments.
