Browse Forums Building A New House 1 Jul 22, 2019 11:47 am Hi We completed construction almost 2 years ago but have had problems with one bathroom since day one. Water leaking, mould, tile growth etc...Lots of back and forth with builder still hasn’t fixed the problem and they’re now suggesting epoxy to replace grout. I believe this is a bandaid fix and no one knows what the real problem is so want to get someone in myself to inspect and identify problem. I’m just not sure who? Who would be the best to really work out the problem (grout, silicone, waterproofing, leak?) plumber? Builder? Building inspector? We need someone who has good knowledge of plumbing, tiling and waterproofing rather than someone who just specialises in one Thanks majestic35.weebly.com Re: Who to call post build to inspect problems 2Jul 22, 2019 12:28 pm Rocchet Hi We completed construction almost 2 years ago but have had problems with one bathroom since day one.
