I'd be checking everything with a fine tooth comb and not accepting settlement until everything is perfect, just assume it won't be fixed afterwards. We are trying to stop settlement but as the certificate of occupancy has been issued it’s not easy to do. We are worried that nothing will be fixed once settlement has occurred.
