I’m going to build a single storey in Lollipop Hill precinct of Manor Lakes. The developer is Dennis Family.
It’s been more than 4 weeks and I’ve still not received the developer approval. Chasing quite regularly but have been neither given the approval or an estimated time.
Is anyone else facing the same problem? Any suggestions?

Hi rksindvani ,
Manor lakes estate had 3-4 stage titlements this month and further stages titling end of this month .
I know few people who are also waiting for approval.
You might hear something by end of this month or early next month. Keep chasing them regularly or email them on daily basis however they will do when they have to do..let me know if you have any other queries.
