We have been trought quite a few differnt double story houses and fell in love with the Saxonvale 40 at Wanervale.
I have been reading a few different forums on the Saxonvale 40 as well as other people experience with McDonald Jones.
Just after a bit of advice on the colors cost etc.
What should we allow on top of base price for
1. The site cost
4. Tile upgrades
Are there any specific promotions or incentives that McDonald Jone run that sets them apart? Or is it the steel frame?
Whats the deal with putting a pool in? Best to do this before the slab gets laid or after handover?
