Any suggestion is appreciated regarding building with Domaine homes. I am trying to get a fixed (will not change after the signing anyway in the form of variation) price quotation from them, my land is in Elara, Masrden park. Any idea if they considers an offer less than their quotation or they are universally fixed price (they are saying they are fixed price) home builder?
