How big your house is? And did you hire an inspector? Isn't that afterclean part of the contract? What is the promised period of construction? HI roi, How was your overall experience with TVH? Where did you build a house and which design? I am considering them for building home in Melb. West. Can you share details of your construction process? Can't say much yet except that they gave me a good deal. At the moment I am still waiting for them to do the promised 4 months turn over. You should ask Nash86. Re: Anybody built with True Value Homes in Melbourne 105Dec 01, 2020 10:45 am ASJ it may help if you'll try to get estimate of cost from different builders, that is how I concluded to signing with True Value Homes plus the reviews. I never saw any negative comments about them before I signed the contract. And the inclusions and design of the home is really good. You just need to be clear of what you want. Do a research before jumping in. Review some friends contract maybe, so you can get an idea about the structure specs. We are not expert in this thing but learning as much information as you can can be handy during inclusion discussion.
